checked and if you are not a current member, your registration will be changed
to the non-member rate, and you will be charged the difference.

Low Middle Income Countries that are eligible for the Low Middle Income Country Registration Rates are those countries that are considered Low Income Economies and Lower-Middle Income Economies by the World Bank. Upper-Middle Income and High Income Economies are not eligible for this rate.
A holder of a full time student identification card from a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution or international student card. Students must be studying full time to qualify for the discounted rate.
