The below accommodation rate can only be booked via the conference registration process.
If you wish to make an amendment to your accommodation booking or if you wish to add accommodation after you have already registered for the conference, please email wasconference@ashm.org.au with your preferred hotel and check in/check out dates.
The accommodation booking deadline is 17 May 2025. All amendments and cancellations after this deadline will need to be made directly with the hotel.

Rydges South Bank Brisbane is located in the heart of Brisbane's arts and entertainment precinct with plenty of things to do and is only minutes away from South Bank Parklands and the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Terms and Conditions: Guests will be required to settle all incidental charges directly with the Hotel prior to departure. We will also ask each guest to provide us with a credit card upon arrival or a suitable holding deposit. This credit card or deposit will be used to deduct all charges for incidentals and for any damage to Hotel property or equipment caused by those guests. "No Shows” will be subject to a minimum charge of one night’s room charge, to a maximum of all room nights booked, at the contracted rate for the entire stay.

Terms and Conditions: A valid Credit Card is required at the time of booking and a valid Credit Card must be presented at the time of check-in. A Credit Card pre-authorization of $200 is required upon check-in. The pre-authorized amount is only a hold (set aside by your bank for a period of up to 10 working days). The pre-authorization will affect your available fund balance or spending limit. Cash is not an acceptable form of pre-authorization when staying with CLLIX Apartments and Hotels. No fee for any cancellations or amendments made 30 days before arrival. Reservation amendments can be made for arrival & departure dates however may incur a fee if within the cancellation period.
